Chelsea brings extensive institutional knowledge and a demonstrated record of achievement in financial control, management and statutory reporting, and multi jurisdictional compliance, underpinned by more than 15 years with CPT. As Group Financial Controller, she oversees the organisation’s finance operations, including reporting frameworks, internal controls, audit preparedness and governance requirements. She works closely with business leaders to translate financial performance into informed decision making, strengthening budgeting, forecasting and performance management.
Chelsea has also held a range of finance roles within the stockbroking industry, bringing a capital markets perspective to controls, reporting, and liquidity management. She holds a Bachelor of Accounting from RMIT University. Known for her pragmatic approach and steady leadership, Chelsea continues to drive continuous improvement across the finance function and is a trusted adviser to the executive team and the Board.
