Implementation Readiness

Implementation Readiness assessments are independent reviews that provide additional assurance to organisations on how well practical delivery issues are being addressed and to verify and validate that the business is ‘operationally ready’ at ‘Go Live’. Day one of operations can be stressful with the result of significant effort being on show and expected to work perfectly.  Detailed implementation readiness planning pays dividends when everything happens seamlessly, operates to schedule and no problems arise.

CPT’s Implementation Readiness service offers the following components:

  • Ensure there is effective transfer of ownership from the project team to the business
  • Establishing governance to provide a clear means of reporting true/actual progress towards implementation readiness
  • Obtain business sign-off of the solution and processes as delivered
  • Establish a clear set of risk factors that can be used to make the ‘Go Live’ decision
  • Provide a proof-based means of validating implementation readiness
  • Produce a scorecard that includes all aspects of the organisation that are impacted by the change; and
  • Provide a post implementation review capability of the implementation, with full traceability of the total process and all the deliverables
